Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Coordinator to manage IT support requests, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure timely resolution of user issues across different locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Log, track, assign, and close IT service requests and support tickets.
• Monitor tickets and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
• Provide first-level support for basic IT-related issues.
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure, Application, Network, and Vendor teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team.
• Communicate with users regarding ticket status and resolution.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, warranty records, and support documentation.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding,



and user account management.
• Prepare reports on ticket status, pending issues, and resolution performance.
• Assist the IT team with daily operations and ongoing projects.

Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks.

Qualification
• Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Technical Support, or IT Operations.
