Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring successful delivery of projects. On a day-to-day basis, this role includes acting as the primary contact for clients, understanding project requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure scope, timelines,



and budgets are met. The Account Manager will monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and proactively address risks, changes, and client concerns. This role involves collaborating with operations, project management, and finance teams to support proposals, contracts, billing, and collections, while maintaining accurate documentation and records. The Account Manager is expected to uphold high standards of service, foster long-term partnerships, and contribute to business growth through repeat and referral business.
