We are looking for a creative and self-driven Content Creator who has already built their own social media page or grown their personal profile with proven organic reach. The candidate will plan, shoot, present and publish engaging content for Docthub's social media channels, and should be comfortable on camera in English and Hindi, with a strong understanding of trends, hooks and audience behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and create short-form video content (reels, shorts, stories) for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Appear on camera as a face of the brand: presenting, anchoring and doing voice-overs in English and Hindi
• Write scripts, hooks and captions that fit each platform
• Shoot and edit videos on mobile or basic editing tools, with fast turnaround
• Track trends, audio and formats, and adapt them for healthcare audiences
• Create content for Docthub's verticals: Jobs, Courses, Events and Docthub Talks
• Cover events and shoots on-site when required
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and post consistently
• Monitor reach, engagement and follower growth, and improve content based on the numbers
• Coordinate with the graphic design and marketing team on campaigns
Required Skills and Eligibility:
• Mandatory: has built their own page or personal social media profile with demonstrable reach (profile link and insights to be shared at the time of application)
• Confident on camera, with good spoken English and Hindi
• Working knowledge of editing apps such as CapCut, InShot, VN or Canva
• Understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms, trends and analytics
• Creative thinking, storytelling ability and ownership of output
• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with a solid personal profile can apply)
