We are looking for an experienced 5-person SAP S/4HANA development team for a long-term automotive industry template rollout project. (Strong hands-on traditional ABAP development)
Team requirement:
• 3 × Senior SAP Developers
• 1 × Expert SAP Developer
• 1 × Junior SAP Developer

Required SAP modules:
MM | SD | PP | EWM | QM
Each consultant should have strong expertise in at least one of these modules. Multi-module experience is a strong advantage.
Core requirement:
✅ Strong hands-on traditional ABAP development
✅ SAP enhancements / custom developments
✅ Module-specific functional customizing
✅ Experience with SAP S/4HANA
✅ EDI experience where relevant
✅ Template rollout / multi-plant experience is an advantage




❌ Purely functional/customizing profiles without a solid ABAP development background will not be considered.
Project details:
? Start: December 2026
⏱ Full-time (EU timimgs)
? 100% Remote
? Long-term – several years
? English sufficient
? Automotive industry
? Nearshore/Offshore setup
Not the focus: RAP, CAP, BTP, Fiori/UI5.
? Target rate: around USD 15/hour for Senior Developers
