We're looking for someone who can diagnose → prioritise → experiment → improve - and explain every decision in cause → evidence → action.

At Upthrust, we're a B2B & D2C performance marketing agency that exists to compound growth for entrepreneurs who refuse to play small. Our team runs Google Ads across 4–6 accounts (including our own), and we hold ourselves to one standard: measurable business outcomes, not platform activity.

What you'll own:
• 4–6 Google Ads accounts (B2B SaaS + D2C), budgets ₹1.5L–₹20L/month per account
• Daily performance diagnosis using cause → effect logic (not "metrics went up/down")
• Weekly experimentation: hypothesis → test → measure → learn → repeat
• Tracking sanity: UTMs, GCLID presence, conversion actions - daily checks
• Search intent hygiene: catch quality drift early, not weekly
• Offline conversion setup: optimise for qualified leads, not form fills




• Landing page feedback: conversion-led, not opinion-led
• Weekly update to clients: what changed, why, what's next

Tools: Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Claude + Claude Cowork (daily, non-negotiable), Notion, Sheets, Slack

You'll thrive here if:
• You love diagnosing problems more than reporting them
• You can defend every decision live, calmly, with data
• You know what NOT to touch when an account is unstable and why
• You use AI tools daily to make 10× better decisions with 5× more precision
• You find "algorithm changed" to be an embarrassing answer

Don't apply if:
• You can't talk in numbers (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CVR, lead quality)
