We are growing rapidly and generating a robust volume of inbound enquiries from businesses interested in Fydo.
We are looking for Inside Sales Executives who can take these leads, speak with business owners, understand their requirements, follow up consistently, and convert them into Fydo merchants.
This is a sales-first role. You will directly contribute to Fydo's growth, and your performance will be measured by the leads you handle and the merchants you convert.

What You Will DoYour primary responsibility is simple:
Take interested leads → Call them → Understand their business → Explain Fydo → Follow up → Convert them.
You will primarily work on inbound leads generated by Fydo's marketing and growth channels but may be given other outbound work if needed.

Lead Handling & Calling• Call inbound leads and enquiries received by Fydo.
• Respond quickly to new leads and initiate conversations.




• Understand the prospect's business, requirements, and challenges.
• Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers.
• Explain Fydo's product, features, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
• Handle questions, concerns, and common objections.
• Make follow-up calls to interested leads who have not yet converted.

Sales & Conversion• Own leads from the first conversation until closed.
• Conduct product demonstrations when required.
• Explain how Fydo can help businesses increase customer retention, repeat purchases, and loyalty.
• Build your sales pitch around the prospect's business needs.
• Follow up consistently through calls and WhatsApp.
• Move interested prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Handle objections and push conversations towards closure.
• Ensure no interested lead is lost because of missed or delayed follow-ups.
• Work towards monthly conversion targets.
