Role Description The Inside Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The person in this role will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospective students, and explain LearningShala’s offerings and university programs. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, following up on inquiries,



conducting needs-based conversations, and guiding students through the enrollment and application process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with counseling and operations teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will contribute to building long-term relationships with students by providing transparent information, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to admission.
Qualifications
• Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills with experience in handling education or service-based offerings.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation, including managing inbound leads and conducting proactive outreach.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport over phone and digital channels.
• Ability to work with targets, use CRM tools effect
