Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting HEX products in domestic and international markets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing and executing sales and marketing plans, preparing proposals and presentations,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer service. The role also involves tracking market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and support long-term growth.
Qualifications
• Strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective promotional and growth strategies.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in industrial products, cable accessories, or electrical components is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for managing sales data and documentation.
