Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Functional Consultant with solid expertise in EMEA Payroll, Fast Formula, and end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll solutions for EMEA countries.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and provide functional solutions.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for payroll processes.
• Support payroll configurations, payroll processing, balances, elements, and statutory requirements.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable HCM solutions.
Required Skills
✅ 5-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Functional Consulting
✅ Strong hands-on experience in EMEA Payroll implementations and support
✅ Expertise in Fast Formula development and troubleshooting
✅ Experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
✅ Strong knowledge of Payroll configurations, Elements, Balances, and Payroll Processing
✅ Experience in requirement gathering, testing, and stakeholder management
✅ Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor
• Experience working with multi-country payroll environments
• Oracle Cloud certifications are an added advantage
