Company Description The Associate, Founder's Office (Strategy & Investor Relations) will work directly with the CEO across the full capital raising cycle, investor relations and board operations, corporate strategy, and the positioning of the company to investors, partners and the wider market. Direct CEO, board and investor exposure; a explicit path to a strategy or business-line leadership role. Makers Hive is the company that invented KalArm, India's first fully functional bionic hand, designed and manufactured in India. The company is entering its scale chapter, with a portfolio spanning bionic prosthetics, assistive devices and dexterous robotics across Indian and international markets, and is preparing its Series A capital raise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Series A: capital raising Support the CEO through the full fundraising cycle: business plan, financial model and investor collateral; investor targeting and outreach sequencing; meeting preparation, notes and follow-up; and the running record of every conversation from first contact through to term sheet and closing.




Data room ownership: Build, structure and own the data room end to end across the corporate, financial, commercial, technical, regulatory and legal workstreams; enforce version control and access management; audit the full set for internal consistency so that no two documents disagree.
Due diligence management: Act as the single point of coordination for the entire diligence process: log and route every question, work with finance, legal, engineering and regulatory to prepare responses, maintain the diligence tracker, and close every item within agreed turnaround times.
Investor outreach and pipeline: Research and build the target investor list; qualify funds by thesis, stage, cheque size and portfolio fit; prepare outreach material and map warm introduction pathways; maintain pipeline discipline so that no conversation goes cold and no follow-up is missed.
