Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships for Capstone Media’s luxury invitations, corporate boxes, and couture stationery. This full time, on-site role in Surat involves meeting with clients, understanding their event and branding needs, presenting customized solutions, and preparing proposals and quotations. The Senior Sales Executive will manage the sales pipeline,



follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely order closure and payment collection. The role also includes collaborating closely with the design and production teams to align client expectations with deliverables, maintaining detailed sales reports, and representing the brand at industry events or client meetings.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2C and B2B sales, preferably in luxury goods, printing, events, or design-related industries.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to understand and articulate design concepts and premium product value to clients.
