Key Responsibilities





• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the urban development programme.
• Lead planning, implementation and monitoring of multiple urban infrastructure projects/work packages.
• Develop and maintain the overall Programme Management Plan, implementation strategy and delivery roadmap.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with ULBs, state departments, government authorities and other institutional stakeholders.
• Review and approve project implementation plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
• Establish programme-level KPIs, milestones, monitoring mechanisms and reporting systems.
• Monitor progress of individual projects and identify critical delays, bottlenecks and interdependencies.
• Provide strategic guidance for corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee project management consultants, design consultants, contractors and other technical agencies.
