We are looking for a motivated Accounts Executive with practical experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliances to join our Mumbai office.
Job Title - Accounts Executive
Location - Kandivali (East), Mumbai
Experience - 1–3 Years (Experience in a Chartered Accountant Firm preferred)
Qualification
• B.Com./M.Com.
• CA Inter / CMA Inter (Preferred but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
• Accounting and bookkeeping in Tally Prime.
• Journal entries, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
• Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts.
• GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, reconciliations, and GST working papers.




• TDS computation, deduction, payment, reconciliation, and filing of Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, and TDS corrections.
• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for Individuals, Firms, LLPs, Companies, and Trusts.
• Reconciliation of Form 26AS, AIS, and TIS.
• Assisting in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
• Assisting in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and GST Audit assignments.
• Preparation of schedules, supporting documents, and audit working papers.
• Client coordination for accounting records and statutory compliance.
• Ensuring timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC (basic knowledge preferred), and other statutory requirements.
• Working with MS Excel for reconciliations, reports, and data analysis.

• Robust knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Practical experience in GST Returns and GST Compliance.
