Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process for Edvolve Consulting’s programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting consultations to understand applicants’ goals, and providing clear information on courses, curricula, fees, and outcomes. The role involves managing application pipelines, following up with leads,
coordinating admissions events or information sessions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions systems. The Admissions Counselor will collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, contribute to outreach and enrollment initiatives, and uphold a learner-centric, professional approach at every interaction.
