We are building VYPHR, a Kochi-based production house and growth agency focused exclusively on high-ticket, premium clients.
We combine cinema-grade visual storytelling with high-ROI digital growth strategies. We are looking for an experienced business leader to join as Co-Founder & Business Partner to drive growth, operations, and commercial scale.
The Role• Position: Co-Founder & Partner (Full-Time)
•
• Location: Kochi, Kerala
•
• Compensation: Equity / Profit Sharing (Founding Partner model, no fixed salary initially)
•
Who We Are Looking For• Education: Master’s degree (MBA, M.Com, or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Marketing).
•
• Experience: 10+ years in a marketing agency or IT services environment.
•
• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of P&L; (Profit & Loss), agency cash flow, pricing models, and operational budgeting.
•
• Business Growth: Proven track record in scaling B2B businesses, closing high-ticket deals, and driving recurring revenue.
•
• Leadership: Robust background in hiring, mentoring,
and managing high-performing creative and account teams.
•
What You Will Do as Co-Founder• Drive Revenue: Lead B2B business development, pitch strategy, and close high-value client accounts.
•
• Manage Agency P&L;: Oversee operational budgets, financial forecasting, margins, and agency profitability.
•
• Lead Teams & Operations: Build and manage account managers, strategists, and growth teams to ensure flawless client delivery.
•
• Scale Strategy: Package premium service offerings, design client retention roadmaps, and expand into domestic and international markets.
•
• Co-Lead Vision: Work hand-in-hand on company vision, brand positioning, and strategic partnerships.
