We are looking for a Program Success Manager to build solid customer relationships and ensure successful onboarding, training, product adoption, satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer onboarding, training and ongoing support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide product training and support throughout the customer journey.
• Address and resolve client queries and issues promptly.
• Monitor customer accounts and identify areas for improvement.
• Track customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using customer data.
• Manage CRM systems and other customer success tools.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive actions to improve experience.
• Regularly travel to client locations within the assigned region.





Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, Client Relationship Management, Education or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client locations.
