SOULSARA is a deep tech workforce performance platform. We need someone to put it in front of the right buyers through channel partners and a commission-driven sales team.
The job
You will build a network of channel partners, including brokers, HR consultancies and advisors.
You will own the pipeline and the revenue number.
You will take what the market tells you back to product.
You have
You have 6+ years in B2B sales, including 2+ years leading reps or partners.
You have real relationships with HR heads, CHROs or insurance decision-makers.
You have a network in brokers or HR consulting.
The upside
SOULSARA is the start. Around it, we are building an ecosystem: SOULARIUM,
immersive experiences, and SOULSTREAM.CHANNEL, a cinematic content engine. As we grow, your role will grow across all of it.

Location: This is a hybrid position. Preferred locations are Mumbai, Belagavi and Bangalore. Our client focus is currently South and West India.
