We’re looking for a proven High-Ticket Sales Closer - not a general Sales Executive.
We are looking for someone who can convert warm leads into paid programs, handle objections confidently, follow up consistently, and own the closing process from first conversation to payment.
This role is best suited for someone who has previously closed high-ticket coaching, education, courses, consulting, or similar programs.

? What You’ll Be Doing• Close leads coming from our RAISE 3-day bootcamp
• Identify high-intent prospects and build rapport during the program
• Conduct closing calls and handle objections
• Follow up with non-buyers within 72 hours
• Track and recover failed payments
• Follow up with deposit-paying customers until full conversion
• Manage renewal follow-ups and retention
• Maintain a callback register and ensure no warm lead is missed
• Track objections and share insights to improve the sales process

? We’re Looking ForMust Have:




✅ Proven experience closing high-ticket sales
✅ Experience selling coaching, courses, education, programs or similar offerings
✅ Solid objection-handling and consultative selling skills
✅ Excellent communication on voice/video calls
✅ Ability to handle rejection and maintain follow-up discipline
✅ Ability to manage a large number of prospects across different funnel stages

Preferred: Experience in education/coaching/parenting programs, subscription/payment models, CRM workflows, WhatsApp/email follow-ups or webinars.

? Role DetailsSalary: ₹40,000–₹50,000/month, based on experience
Location: Remote / Hybrid – 2–3 days/week in Bangalore
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
Sunday: One Sunday/month for deposit collection & conversion follow-ups
