Role Description:

The Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based at BoulderBox in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for engaging potential and existing customers, explaining BoulderBox’s offerings, and driving membership and program sales. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and consulting visitors, understanding their needs, presenting suitable membership options and packages,



and handling inquiries in person, over the phone, and through digital channels. The Sales Executive will manage lead follow-up, maintain accurate sales records, and collaborate with the team on promotions, events, and community outreach initiatives. The Sales person will know the BoulderBox sales pipeline better than anyone on the team. Every Meta lead gets called, not just messaged, and most convert to a trial within days. The brand outreach list has moved from cold names to a handful of running sponsorships, each one closed on a call or even a store visit if required.

What You'll Do

• Call every new Meta lead and convert bouldering queries into trial visits and memberships

• Cold call brands and walk into stores/offices to pitch BoulderBox sponsorships to close the deal

• Keep the sales pipeline and CRM updated with every call, lead, and outcome logged

• Report on what is converting and what is not with the
