Role Description The Tendering Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing end-to-end tender and bidding processes for outdoor advertising and LED display projects. This role includes identifying relevant tenders,



analyzing requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating internal inputs from sales, procurement, and project teams. The Tendering Manager will maintain tender documentation, track submission schedules, ensure compliance with client and regulatory conditions, and support negotiations to secure profitable contracts. Day-to-day work involves market research, cost estimation, risk assessment, and post-bid follow-up to improve win rates and tendering efficiency. The role also requires close collaboration with leadership to refine tender strategies, contribute to sales forecasts, and support long-term business growth.
