Job Summary
The candidate should be capable of coordinating the sales cycle from lead generation through project initiation, working closely with clients, presales, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets through consistent lead generation, client engagement, and opportunity conversion.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and schedule client meetings.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular and effective client follow-ups.
• Coordinate with technical/presales teams to understand requirements,



develop solutions, and prepare effort estimates and proposals.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, SOWs, and commercial offers.
• Follow up with clients on proposals, commercial discussions, negotiations, and closure.
• Manage opportunities through lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure → project initiation.
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams for project handover, resource planning, and project initiation after closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and client information in CRM/sales trackers.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• 0–3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, inside sales, or IT services.
• Exposure to Cybersecurity, SAP, GRC, IAM, MFA/SSO, or Application Security is preferred.
