What will you contribute?

As a Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions for our financial services clients. This role reports to the Development Manager,



and will work within a cross-functional Agile team, contributing to the evolution of our trading and investment platforms, such as Kondor Front Office. This role requires C++ expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges in a agile, international environment.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables as a Software Engineer will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine functional and technical requirements.· Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C++ code following best practices (SOLID principles, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD).· Debug, analyze, and resolve complex application issues.· Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and internal stakeholders to support product releases and resolve software issues.· Follow Agile and SAFe methodologies thro
