Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, present cloud and IT service offerings, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Daily responsibilities include meeting with customers, preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining accurate sales records, and following up on opportunities to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to design customer-specific solutions, participating in presentations or demos,



and providing ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
• Ability to conduct effective client meetings, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate contracts.
• Knowledge of cloud services and general IT solutions, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
• Experience in account management, customer relationship building, and post-sales support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional client-facing demeanor.
• Comfort working with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic sales reporting and forecasting methods.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
