Role Description
The School Outreach Associate is a full-time, field-based role in Siliguri. The associate will be responsible for connecting with schools, building relationships with principals and school leaders, introducing Kibu, and creating opportunities for school partnerships.
Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting schools, identifying prospective schools, coordinating meetings and platform walkthroughs, maintaining lead information, and sharing feedback with the Kibu team.
Qualifications




• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting school leaders.
• Confident and skilled in face-to-face conversations.
• Interest in the school and education ecosystem.
• Ability to independently manage leads and outreach activities.
• Experience in school outreach, field sales, business development, education, or EdTech is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally across Siliguri for school visits.
