Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will manage end-to-end customer relationships, including prospecting, explaining home loan and LAP products,



and guiding applicants through the loan process. The role involves assessing customer needs, collecting and verifying documents, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring timely loan disbursal. The Relationship Manager will maintain regular follow-up with customers, handle queries and service requests, and support portfolio quality through proactive engagement and risk awareness. The position also includes achieving business targets, building networks with referral partners, and promoting India Shelter’s customer-centric values in every interaction.
