About the team

The Global Marketing Hub Specialist supports the consistent, efficient and high-quality execution of services delivered through the Marketing Hub. The role drives delivery excellence, performance visibility, continuous improvement and operational discipline across Hub activities.

Key Tasks

• Drive delivery excellence through monitoring quality, timeliness, responsiveness and service expectations.
• Maintain KPIs, dashboards, service reporting and action trackers.




• Analyze trends and perform root cause analysis to address performance gaps.
• Lead process improvement, standardization, automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare governance reviews, track risks, actions and decisions to closure.
• Act as coordination point for operational escalations and monthly cost reporting.
• Support onboarding of new services, activities and markets.
• Track value realization and identify opportunities for scalable improvements.

Experience Required

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Shared Services, Business Operations, Service Delivery or Commercial Excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI, dashboard and reporting experience.
• Expertise in structured problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Experience in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
