Position Summary

Associate Tech Lead Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of Electrical systems for HVAC products. Responsibilities include New Product Development (NPD), Component Engineering,



and Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) project development in Electrical Engineering.

Major Responsibilities

• Lead, design, and develop electrical systems, low-voltage electrical control panels, and Cable & wiring harnesses.
• Electrical Component Sizing, Selection, and Qualification as per UL, IEC, and country-specific regulatory requirements.
• Make trade-off analysis of circuits and components with respect to best performance, Low cost, High quality, and design flexibility.
• To foster an setting conducive to innovation & Change with good Analytical Thinking.
• Work along with Multi-Disciplinary (Structural, Electronics, Software and Reliability) Team to develop System or Component Level Functional, Reliability & Qualification Requirements and Design.
• Work closely with Supply Management to Source and Evaluate / Qualify the purchased Components and Assemblies.
