Role DescriptionThe Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing and executing statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, accounting and financial reporting assignments,



along with providing professional support on direct and indirect taxation matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Planning and execution of statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Preparation and review of financial statements.
• Review and maintenance of books of accounts and accounting records.
• Bank, ledger, GST, and other financial reconciliations.
• Compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income-tax Act, GST laws, and other relevant regulations.
• Handling GST and direct tax compliance and advisory assignments.
• Assisting clients in tax planning and other financial and regulatory matters.
• Preparation of audit reports, working papers, schedules, and management reports.
• Handling and responding to notices, assessments, and other communications from tax and regulatory authorities.
