Role Description The AGM (Government Sales) will lead and manage government and institutional sales activities, focusing on business development with public sector and government clients in and around Raipur. This full-time, on-site role requires identifying tender opportunities, preparing proposals, participating in bidding processes,
and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in government departments. The role involves overseeing the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, coordinating with internal teams for project execution, and ensuring timely delivery and installation of furniture and interior solutions. The AGM will guide the sales team, monitor performance, support customer service resolution, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The position is based in Raipur and involves regular field visits, client meetings, and coordination with management on strategic sales initiatives.
