Job Overview:
AMTY Aviation is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable ground training instructor to conduct high-quality training sessions for aviation students. The role involves delivering DGCA-compliant ground training programs focused on airport operations, customer service, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ground training sessions for aviation students on subjects such as airport operations, customer service, and safety procedures.
• Develop and deliver structured lesson plans that meet DGCA requirements and industry standards.
• Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to students to enhance their knowledge and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results.




• Collaborate with fellow trainers and instructors to ensure consistency in teaching methods and curriculum delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• 1–5 years of experience in aviation training or a related field (preferably as a DGCA Ground Training Specialist).
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation (B.Sc.), Airline Studies (BBA), or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of aviation fundamentals, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of students.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of DGCA guidelines and aviation safety standards.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive training content.
• Robust organizational and record-keeping skills.
