Job Description:
• The Project Manager - Pre-Sales Strategy, Governance & Transformation - is responsible for providing leadership, governance, planning, and oversight across Pricing and Contracting functions.
• This role focuses on driving operational excellence, performance management, reporting, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, workforce management, and transformation initiatives.
• The position does not perform day-to-day pricing or contracting activities.
• Instead, it acts as the strategic coordinator and owner of business outcomes, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with service commitments, resource optimization, and continuous process improvement across the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Governance & Project Management:
• Manage and monitor all Pricing and Contracting deliverables against agreed timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.




• Maintain governance mechanisms to ensure adherence to SLAs, process controls, and operational objectives.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items across multiple initiatives.
• Provide leadership visibility into project performance, escalations, and potential delivery risks.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among AT&T;, VOS, Pricing, Contracting and Operations teams.

Reporting & Business Analytics:
• Develop and publish weekly, monthly, quarterly, and executive-level business reports and dashboards especially on RCAs and SLA breaches.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), SLAs, cycle times, workloads, productivity, and forecast trends.
• Present performance insights, operational risks, and improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across business reporting platforms.
