We are looking for a confident, articulate and customer-focused Experience Centre Manager to manage our premium mattress experience centre in Bangalore.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in premium retail, showroom sales, furniture, mattresses, interiors, hospitality or similar customer-facing industries. Experience in a premium/luxury showroom will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations of the experience centre.
Deliver a warm, personalised and premium customer experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right sleep solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and mattress trials.
Drive sales, conversions, lead follow-ups and customer relationships.
Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising and brand standards.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, delivery and customer service teams.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
What We're Looking For:
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
Polished, presentable and confident personality.
Consultative approach to selling.
Ability to independently manage a premium retail environment.
Experience with premium/luxury brands is a strong advantage.
