What you’ll do
• Manage international reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations and refunds.
• Find suitable fares and flight routes for each client.
• Support clients and travel consultants with booking queries and itinerary changes.
What you’ll bring
• International ticketing experience and proficiency in Amadeus GDS.
• Sound knowledge of fares and airline policies.
• Good English, clear communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Attention to detail and confidence in handling multiple bookings.
