We are looking for an ideas-driven, execution-strong qualified who is equal parts thinker and doer—someone comfortable brainstorming fresh concepts in the morning and rolling up their sleeves to bring them to life by the evening. In this role, you will sit right in the middle of the action, creating experiences and messaging that genuinely connect with our teams across the organization.

Key Highlights of the Role
• Culture & Events: Conceptualize and execute end-to-end employee initiatives, campaigns, and key company-wide moments in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Internal Comms & Messaging: Craft clear, human, and creative communication across channels while helping evolve Times Internet’s internal voice and employee experience.
• Employee Sentiment & Insights: Stay close to the ground through feedback and observation to proactively recommend ways to elevate workplace culture.
• Creative & AI Integration:



Partner closely with design teams on visual assets and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate ideas and execution.

What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in employee engagement, internal comms, HR marketing, or events.
• A high-ownership, solution-oriented mindset with strong writing, presence, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on-site from our Noida office to be actively present for key employee moments.
