Job Summary

• The Business Analyst, Implementations will work closely with both client IT teams and internal technical teams to acquire, configure, and integrate healthcare data for revenue cycle management projects. This role involves data mapping, building data parsers,



and ensuring internal systems are customized to meet client requirements. The ideal candidate will bridge functional and technical needs, ensuring seamless data flow and successful project delivery.

Essential Functions And Tasks

• Collaborate with client IT teams to acquire healthcare data feeds (e.g., patient demographics, medical records, case logs, etc.) for revenue cycle management, and gather data/system configuration requirements to pass on to internal IT teams.
• Develop and maintain data mapping specifications, ensuring proper data transformation and structure for integration into internal systems.
• Provide internal IT teams with transparent specifications for system configuration, data parsers, and custom workflows to meet client requirements.
• Work with internal teams to ensure data parsers are built, optimized, and tested to maintain data integrity and compatibility with internal systems.
