Role Description
The Team Leader role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The role is responsible for managing and supervising the telesales team, driving daily calling performance, maintaining lead quality, and ensuring achievement of individual and team targets.
The Team Leader will monitor calls, allocate leads, track team productivity, conduct regular coaching and performance reviews, resolve customer and team escalations,



and ensure adherence to calling processes and quality standards. The role will also coordinate closely with the sales team to improve lead qualification and overall conversion performance.

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the BPO industry is mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing telesales, outbound calling, or lead-generation teams.
• Strong team-management, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of BPO operations, calling processes, call quality, and performance management.
• Experience managing KPIs, productivity, attendance, lead quality, and team targets.
• Ability to conduct call monitoring, provide feedback, and improve individual performance.
• Proficiency in CRM, call-management, and reporting systems.
• Strong problem-solving and escalation-management abilities.
• Comfortable working full-time on-site in Jaipur.
