Communal is a fast-growing D2C skincare brand focused on high-performance, transparent and modern skincare for consumers who care about ingredients, results and real skincare routines.
We’re looking for a high-ownership Brand Manager to work closely with the founders and lead Communal’s brand strategy, campaigns, product launches, social, PR, influencer marketing and consumer growth initiatives.

What You’ll Own:
Brand & Marketing Strategy
• Own Communal’s brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.
• Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly marketing roadmaps.




• Build integrated 360° campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencers and performance marketing.

Consumer, Category & Competitor Insights
• Track consumer behavior, skincare trends, category developments and competitor activity.
• Identify consumer needs, whitespace opportunities and new growth opportunities.
• Turn insights into relevant products, campaigns and communication ideas.

Product, NPD & Go-to-Market
• Partner with Product/R&D; teams on NPD, product positioning, naming, packaging and communication.
• Own the marketing GTM strategy for new product launches, from pre-launch buzz to post-launch growth.
• Develop compelling product stories, ingredient communication and USPs.

Social, Content & Community
• Own the content strategy and calendar across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
• Identify trends and create high-impact, shareable skincare content.
