Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective learners.
Understand learner requirements and recommend relevant courses and programs.
Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and career relevance clearly.
Conduct effective sales counselling and guide prospects through the enrollment process.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Handle objections related to pricing, course value, timing, and decision-making.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion records in the CRM.
Build strong relationships with prospects and provide a positive customer experience.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.




Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams when required.
Track daily calls, follow-ups, conversions, and overall sales performance.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication and robust sales aptitude are welcome.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
Customer-focused, proactive, and self-motivated.
Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and other digital tools.
Prior experience in EdTech, education sales, or professional training will be an advantage.
Compensation
Compensation will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
