Role Purpose
Build and lead a predictable, scalable sales engine that consistently generates qualified opportunities, converts them into customers, grows existing accounts, and delivers the company's revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives; define target markets, ICPs, territories, sales motions, products, and channels.
• Revenue Management: Own revenue targets; establish targets by product, market, salesperson, and channel; drive recent business, expansion, and cross-selling.
