Role Description The Operations and Compliance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including trade execution support, account setup, documentation handling, and coordination with custodians, brokers, and internal teams.



The individual will monitor compliance with SEBI regulations and internal policies, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely reporting and filing of regulatory documents. Responsibilities include supporting audit and review processes, updating operational and compliance procedures, and implementing controls to manage operational risks. The role also requires collaborating across functions to improve workflow efficiency, assist in client service processes, and contribute to projects that enhance systems, processes, and governance.
