Required Professional Experience
• 5+ years of hands on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID (User/Group/Access Management, Conditional Access, Access Policies), and Microsoft 365 identity objects
• Strong troubleshooting skills for user access, group membership, and directory synchronization issues
• Ability to follow structured processes while maintaining attention to detail
• Documentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non technical teams

• Integration with Security & Cloud Teams (Cross-functional IAM Collaboration)
• Security & Compliance (Audit, Risk Remediation, AD Access Reviews)
• IAM Process Optimization & Policy Enforcement
• IAM Project Management & Stakeholder Communication

Preferred Professional Experience
• Experience with Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, or identity governance
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and formal incident/change management frameworks
• Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell)
