About the RoleWe are looking for a Junior Architect with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants exposure beyond architectural drawings. You will work across the lifecycle of our redevelopment projects — from design development and consultant coordination to approvals, working drawings and in office execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Development & Coordination• Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations and design details.
• Review architectural drawings for functionality, constructability and design consistency.




• Coordinate design development across architecture, structure, MEP, façade, landscape and interiors.
• Identify design clashes and coordination issues before they reach the site.
• Maintain updated drawing sets and ensure all stakeholders are working with the latest revisions.
• Support preparation of presentation drawings, design options and material boards.

Consultant Coordination• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, façade consultants and other specialist agencies.
• Track consultant deliverables and ensure drawings are received according to project timelines.
• Review drawings across disciplines and highlight discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain a structured Design Coordination / RFI Tracker and drive closure of open design issues.

Site & Execution Support• Visit project sites regularly to understand execution requirements and resolve design-related queries.
