Role Description The Partnerships Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India, responsible for building and managing strategic relationships that drive growth for VittaGems. Day-to-day, this role focuses on identifying and evaluating partnership opportunities with financial institutions, asset providers, technology platforms, and other relevant stakeholders in the fintech and commodities ecosystem.



The Partnerships Manager will negotiate agreements, coordinate onboarding processes, and ensure effective account management, including performance tracking and issue resolution. This role collaborates closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align partnership activities with business objectives, optimize joint initiatives, and support go-to-market plans. The position also involves market research, competitive analysis, and reporting on partnership outcomes to inform strategy and senior leadership decisions.
