Role Description -We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Manager – Business Development & Marketing to drive business growth, institutional partnerships, brand visibility, lead generation, and integrated offline and online marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with SMEs, designers, video editors, content creators, agencies, vendors, and internal teams.

Experience and Education Qualification Needed
• 3–5 years of relevant skilled experience in Business Development, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Institutional Outreach, Brand Management, or related functions.
• Prior experience in the Healthcare and/or Education sector is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in managing offline and online marketing activities, social media platforms, campaigns, and analytics is desirable.
• MBA in Marketing from a recognized university or institution.
• Additional certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Brand Management, Sales, or Business Development will be an advantage.
