JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an In-House Dermatologist/cosmetoogist to manage patient consultations, skin and hair treatments, clinical procedures and patient care at Dermatrix, Saligao.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct patient consultations and understand medical concerns to recommend appropriate treatments.
- Perform skin and hair procedures while following clinical SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Plan and support hair transplant procedures.
- Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions and patient follow-ups.
- Prescribe suitable medicines based on patient diagnosis.
- Monitor therapist procedures, performance, hygiene and adherence to SOPs.
- Maintain accurate patient records, clinical notes and documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM and Client Relations teams for patient care and appointments.




- Build strong patient relationships and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, equipment and operational standards.
- Stay updated with developments in the medical field to provide quality patient care.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:
MBBS / MBBS / BAMS qualified Dermatologist/ Cosmetologist with relevant Cosmetology & Trichology training

Experience:
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience in hair and skin treatments
- Experience handling laser skin-care machines
- Knowledge of medicines used in hair and skin treatments
- Strong diagnosis skills
- Patient handling experience
- People management skills
- Caring and service-oriented communication
- Growth-oriented and versatile approach
