• 8+ years of enterprise data architecture experience, including designing and implementing large-scale data platforms.
• 5+ years of Databricks data engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Databricks Workspace, Clusters, Jobs, Repos, Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog, MLflow, DBT, and related Azure data services.
• Proven experience leading migrations from legacy data warehouse/reporting platforms to up-to-date cloud architectures.
• Strong architecture, governance, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and solution design experience.
• Ability to influence architectural decisions and drive enterprise-wide data platform strategies.
