We are looking for a proactive, ownership-driven DevOps Engineer to ensure continuous delivery, infrastructure stability, and rapid incident response across our cloud environments.

Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you will manage, automate, and monitor our multi-cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will collaborate closely with software engineering, QA, and site reliability teams to ensure high availability, security compliance, and frictionless releases.



Because our platforms support round-the-clock global operations, this position operates on a rotational shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, provision, and maintain secure, multi-tenant cloud environments (primarily AWS/GCP) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• CI/CD Automation: Build, optimize, and maintain automated build-and-release pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Package microservices using Docker and manage deployments across Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) clusters.
• Shift Operations & Monitoring: Monitor production systems, alerts, and application logs using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK Stack during assigned shift rosters.
• Incident Management: Handle Level 1 / Level 2 production incidents, troubleshoot build/deployment failures, perform root cause analyses (RCA), and escalate when necessary.
