Job Description: Talent Acquisition Partner (IT & Non-IT Recruitment)

Role Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT functions. The role involves partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and adherence to hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Drive hiring for a diverse range of roles across IT and Non-IT functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.
• Conduct candidate screening discussions to evaluate experience, skills, cultural fit,



and motivation.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closure.

Stakeholder Management
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, salary benchmarking, and competitor hiring trends.
• Manage stakeholder expectations on hiring timelines and talent availability.

Candidate Experience
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offers, and onboarding updates.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Offer Management & Onboarding
• Support compensation discussions and offer negotiations within approved budgets.
• Coordinate with HR Operations, Compensation, and Business stakeholders for offer approvals and release.
