We are looking for a hands-on Lead Design Architect with strong experience in US-based residential, high-rise residential and commercial projects.
US project experience is mandatory.
What we’re looking for:
* 10–15+ years of architectural experience
* Strong hands-on experience with US projects
* Experience in residential, high-rise residential and commercial buildings
* Strong knowledge of IBC, ADA and US building codes
* Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills
* Experience from concept design through detailed design and IFC documentation
* Experience working with US clients and multidisciplinary teams
* Must remain hands-on with architectural design, not purely coordination or people management
* Revit Tool test is mandatory in the hiring process
Good to have:
* Modular / prefabricated construction experience
* Parametric / computational design exposure
* Rhino, Dynamo or similar tools
* Architect of Record experience
Important: Candidates without meaningful US project design experience will not be considered.
