Six Sigma Films is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Team Lead to manage day-to-day production operations, coordinate with editors, ensure timely delivery of projects, and maintain quality standards across all edited content. The ideal candidate should have a BMM or equivalent qualifications or has worked as an AD in a production house.

Required Skills
A positive sense of filmmaking, storytelling, and visual presentation.
Basic knowledge of video editing and post-production workflows.
Command of written and spoken English and good communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for identifying errors and inconsistencies.
A proactive person who can work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities




Scheduling & Planning: Plan and manage post-production schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure projects move according to timelines.
Deadline Management: Track project progress, follow up with team members, and ensure timely completion and delivery.
Quality Control (Pre & Post QC): Conduct quality checks before and after editing to ensure content meets production standards and client requirements.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with editors and other team members to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Quality Standards: Ensure consistency in editing, continuity, audio, visuals, transitions, and overall presentation.
Workflow Management: Monitor daily work progress, maintain production trackers, and provide regular updates to the team lead.
Team Support: Assist in managing the team, address day-to-day challenges, and ensure smooth execution of projects.
